We will eat in rhythm with the land – farm to table food prepared close to where it’s grown. Fresh ingredients offer not just sustenance but steadiness. Organic vegetables, tropical fruits, gluten and dairy free. Food here is part of healing.

Across our days together, you will be guided through practices and ceremonies designed to soften the nervous system, awaken memory, and honor the wisdom forged through your life. Movement and stillness will alternate gently—through prayer, yoga and sound healing—creating space for the body to release what it has been holding and remember how to rest.

Ancient Mayan traditions will anchor the experience: fire ceremony, temazcal (sacred sauna), and cacao ceremony—rituals that invite reflection, purification, and reconnection to the elements and to yourself. You’ll be immersed in the land itself—hiking through forest paths, swimming in natural springs, receiving treehouse massages, and learning alongside Mayan women as they share the rhythms of daily life, from maize journeys to tortilla-making.
Cultural exploration weaves through the week as well, with guided walks through Antigua’s churches, art, textiles, and history—reminding us that stories live not only in words, but in place.
